Mosaic shelf made to go on the bottom level of an aquarium stand. Most of the tiles are handmade by me, there are a few salvaged ones in there.

I made these wooden plant trays for displaying live plants in ceramic pots at shows. This picture shows the step where I lined the insides with roof cement for waterproofing. I later found out that the roof cement would get sticky in hot weather, so I lined the bottoms with faux sea glass pieces later to protect the pots. When I'm not at a show, these will double as plant shelves in my home.

This picture shows tiles for a windowsill being laid out on paper. Some of these tiles I made, others were salvaged.

Here are the tiles installed in my windowsill and grouted.

Here is some fabric I printed in a Mid-Century Modern style with rubber stamps from my Carolyn's Stamp Store collection. The ink I used is white fabric paint plus ColorBox Crafter's ink.

Some of the fabric I printed ended up in these two pillows. The other fabric was mostly upcycled fabric samples. The print and ceramics seen in this picture are my work also.

This decorated wood box with a sliding lid started out as a recycled tea box. I used decoupage on the top and rubber stamping on the sides.

I decorated these shadow boxes with decoupage and placed a cork sheet on the back wall of the boxes for pinning collectibles.

Here is a close-up of one of my shadow boxes that contains beachcombing finds. I found the spear point on a sandbar in the Mississippi River while on a float trip.

I'm in the process of improving my kitchen backsplash with tile work. Here is a closeup showing some tiles I made and others I salvaged mixed with a few that I purchased.

Tile work in progress in my bathroom. These are a mixture of salvaged, handmade and purchased tiles.

I've always wanted a beaded curtain, so I made one for my bathroom door from recycled florist wire and plastic beads mostly taken from thrift store jewelry. One wall in the bathroom is painted my favorite color, lime green. The other walls will be painted when the tile work on the walls is finished.

Antique doll displayed in shadow box made of a Necco Wafer box that looks like it's probably from the 1930s. It has carnival imagery on the outside, so I decoupaged carnival imagery on the inside and built a hollow box for displaying the doll. There is a band of archival paper holding the doll onto the box.

Laying out a tile design for a strip of wall in my kitchen. The large ochre colored tiles were made by me and so were some of the other smaller ones. Other tiles were either salvaged or purchased.

This old corkboard had a floral design that I didn't like so I covered that with off white paint and stamped it with retro stamps in green, then I painted the frame to match.

Here is a mosaic table using salvaged tiles and ones that I made. My garden soil has a lot of construction debris in it - I dug up quite a few of these tiles! My Dad built the table for me out of scrap wood.
